Support Groups

We have three groups that meet simultaneously as described below:

  1. Supportive Social Group for Adults with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).
  2. Making the Best of It (MBTI) Group
  3. Caregiver Group

When and Where Do The Groups Meet?

All support groups meet from 6:30 to 8:00 PM on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month (we do not meet on the 4th Thursday of November, as that is the Thanksgiving holiday). We meet in the Arden-Arcade area of Sacramento. For the exact location of our meetings, please contact us by sending an email to board.htsp@gmail.com. For security and privacy, we do not publish the location on the internet, but we would be happy to send you the information.
